We may share your personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services or to comply with legal obligations. These parties include reinsurance companies, underwriting agents, insurance intermediaries, and third-party service providers such as legal and compliance advisors, auditors, claims administrators, and IT support teams.

We may also be required to share data with regulatory authorities, including the DFSA, and with government agencies as required by law. In all such instances, we ensure that data sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary and that such parties have committed to applying appropriate safeguards to your information.
