Kailash Kumar Ramesh is a seasoned insurance professional with over a decade of experience spanning reinsurance broking , underwriting, and portfolio management across the UAE and international markets. As Divisional Director – Casualty & Financial Lines at Advantage Re, he leads the division’s strategic growth, underwriting strategy, and client partnerships across multiple regions.

Before joining Advantage Re, Kailash held senior positions at Chedid Re and Oman Insurance Company, where he was recognized for his leadership, technical expertise, and ability to deliver client-focused insurance and reinsurance solutions.

He holds an International Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management, along with professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), Insurance Institute of India, and Institute of Risk Management (UK).
